Foundation (now)

• Standard Flow: light agents by default, escalate to heavy on policy signals.
• Overseer/Router/Proctor: plan, route, QA — with continuations across limits.
• MCP plug‑ins: browser control, code exec, security scans, analytics, docs.
• Projects as interfaces: Tickets, plans, and artifacts become the durable memory layer.

Verbal Method (status)

• Verbal interaction exists; we are not prioritizing it yet.
• Focus now is the fabric and QA foundation — reliability before new modalities.

Differential Type AGI

• One prompt can fan out to role‑specialized agents that coordinate and hand off.
• Company‑like orchestration: PM → Eng → QA → Ops, with Security reviews.
• Governance: ACLs, budgets, audit logs, policy‑driven escalation.

BMI Future

• When BMI is practical, the same fabric acts as middleware between brain and execution.
